7.5. Defence and assessment

 

 24 ECTS-credit bachelor's thesis

Defence: A 20-minute presentation before an examination committee convened by the FOOT, on the date and at the time and place assigned, conducted in accordance with the procedure established in the bachelor’s thesis regulations.

Assessment:

 Bachelor’s thesis (assessed by the supervisor): 40%

 Bachelor’s thesis progress review by the supervisor: 30%

 Thesis defence (assessed by the examination committee): 30%

Bachelor's thesis 18+6 ECTS credits

Assessment:

 Bachelor’s thesis (assessed by the supervisor): 40%

 Report of the tutor at the optician’s or vision therapy/ophthalmology centre: 30%

 Report of the CUV tutor: 20%

 Vision Observatory: 10%

 Student’s self-assessment report on the placement (required, but no associated mark)

Master’s thesis
